VIII. General

Force majeure. Root Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is not in default for delays caused by acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, government action or other events outside its reasonable control.

Cessation of operation. Root Info Solutions Pvt Ltd may cease operating the Website or distributing Products at any time.

Entire agreement. This Agreement, with the policies it references, is the entire agreement between you and Root Info Solutions Pvt Ltd on its subject matter.

Waiver and severability. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. If a court finds a provision invalid, the rest remains in force.

Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Limitation period. Any claim relating to the Website, Products or this Agreement must be brought within one year of arising, unless a longer period is required by law.

Termination. Root Info Solutions Pvt Ltd may terminate your access if it believes you have breached this Agreement, and may cancel outstanding orders in that event.

Domestic use. The Website is intended for users in India. Users accessing it from elsewhere do so at their own risk and are responsible for local compliance.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement. Root Info Solutions Pvt Ltd may assign its rights without notice.

Written communication. All orders, changes, cancellations, claims, approvals and notices are valid only when made in writing by email to contact@etoolstore.in or from our official email addresses. Verbal statements by phone or chat are not binding on either party.

IX. Changes to these terms

The current version is always available on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
