Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If our courier partners cannot reach your pin code, we will tell you before dispatch and refund in full.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or government holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on location. Remote locations may take longer.

If order volume is high, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Damaged on arrival

If the package looks damaged on arrival, record a video before and while opening it, then write to contact@etoolstore.in within 48 hours. See our Return, Replacement and Refund Policy.
